7 Week House Challenge
Jay, Kim, and I have decided to do a 7 week challenge on being more healthy. It is crazy strict on the things that we have to eat and do. It based of a book called 'The Makers Diet', focused on eating food the way God meant for it to be eaten, without of the chemicals and hormones and stuff. We can't eat anything from a pig, or anything that comes from a cow (like, cheese, milk..that kind of stuff). We can however have meat from grass fed cows. We eat like goat cheese, goats milk, so it's not that we can't have milk and cheese, it just can't be from a cow. We have to eat a lot of fish, exercise everyday and some other crazy things. I don't really know that much about it, I just pretty much just do whatever Kim tells me to do and eat. We have been on it for three days and so far so good, I'm let you know in a couple weeks and see if it is still going equally as well.

A Night Of Singles
For Valentines Day I went to a friends house, where she cooked us dinner. It was Chicken pesto over noodles, topped with mozzarella chunks, tomatoes, with salad and garlic bread. It was yummy to say the least. We hung around the apartment for awhile and then decided to go Putt Putt. We went to Congo River, a safari themed place. We spilt up into two teams, and the competition began. I made a disclaimer to my team that I sucked at Putt Putt, but they didn't believe me as I started off fairly well. However, they learned quickly that I was telling the truth. Our team lost and to top it off I came in dead last, out of 9 people. I suggested going bowling, that is definitely more of my element. Over all it was a really fun night.
As you first walk in there is an area where you can feed the baby gators. In the pic from left to right: Mark, Kevin, Scott, Eric, Matt, Shannon and Melissa.

New Hair Do
So there has been a constant struggle between the health of my hair and myself. It seems that my hair always seems to lose that battle. I noticed that my hair was not growing and was very uneven and unhealthy so I decided to go in for a trim, only it was a lot more unhealthy than I thought and I ended up getting four inches cut off. So here are some pics of the new do. I'm still getting use to it, but seriously it is just hair and it will grow back.
