A Piece of Ireland ...Here

Wow! What a week. This past week we (my church) had a team of six people from Ireland. They came across the pond to do ministry. The team was a group of musicians who played at a local Pub, Fiddler's Green a totally three times while they were here, they also played at a block party in our Pastor's neighborhood, and did two church services as well. Their band is stinkin AMAZING! The band consisted of a Sweet Drummer (Lily), it's a Celtic drum don't remember what it is called, an awesome Banjo/Vocal/Guitar playing (Joe), an Amazing Guitar/Panio/Kazoo/Vocal/Harmonic player (Ken), and a Talented Piano/Guitar/Tuba/Whistle/Celtic Fulte/Trumpet/Vocal and like five another instruments that I can't remember (Noel). Noel's wife, Heather (who can also sing and play piano) was on the trip along with Lyndsey the youth pastor.
It was good getting to see them again. A team of ten went to Ireland in October 07 on a mission team and that is where we first encountered the Irish. God did so cool stuff around Orlando, in the Ireland team and also awakened some things in myself. I definitely will be going back to Ireland, it's an amazing country, wonderful people and a huge need.
