
Well it's that time again....I'm not going to eat meat starting tomorrow and lasting for the whole month of April. I did this once before in February but only did it for 13 days because I had gone home and didn't want to miss out on all that good home cookin. In addition to not eating meat I will not be eating desserts/sweets as well. I know, it's going to be a lot to handle all at once and will probably be pretty cranky for the first week or so. But I'm hoping that this will help me 1) find ways to eat healthier and 2) learn how not to over indulge in sweets. When I did it in February I actually enjoyed it and have been looking forward to doing it again. I don't think I would ever become a vegetarian, though, because I LOVE meat way to much. But you never know!

Good luck to ya, girl! I thought counting calories was tough. This is quite a challenge you are undertaking. I don't have the comittment for it.
